- Ensure that the necessary competencies are maintained and developed by DMOIS’s employees through structured and detailed training and competence development.
- Through description and formalization of business processes and tasks in DMOIS’s management, including for document management, to ensure efficient and fast handling.
- Continuation of continuous improvements in the quality management system, by setting goals and objectives, especially in the areas of staff qualifications and experience, equipment maintenance, acquisition and maintenance of industry-related certificates, and maintenance and development of self-inspection procedures.
- Through evaluation and customer surveys to ensure that the task solutions meet and satisfy the customers’ needs.
