DMOIS’s work within industry is primarily the installation of pre-insulated pipes in the food and pharmaceutical industry, as well as expansion and repairs.
The work consists primarily of the installation of LOGSTOR shrinkable systems, which consist of joints for insulating straight joints as well as bends, T-pieces and reductions.
Logstor´’s shrinkable system is available in both black or white.
Prefabricated insulation shells are typically used for these joints.
Furthermore, LOGSTOR`s finished special fittings are used for insulation of large and special items, such as bends, T-pieces, valve insulation, etc..
The individual fittings are extruder-welded, crimped and foamed on site.
We typically use LOGSTOR´s products or similar, which are supplemented with our own UVPI-Shell, which is typically used on “difficult items” such as flanges and valves, where it is required that the insulation can be opened during service.
All products in our products are of the highest quality and ensure the customer optimal insulation and thereby energy savings.
Temperature range:
DMOIS works with pipe systems in the temperature range from – 210 ° to + 250 °, where for the cold products, it is typically LNG, LPG, Oxygen or CO2 that must be insulated, and high-pressure steam for the hottest items.
