We service the industry with pipe installations

Within Off-shore, we service the industry with LOGSTOR´’s products for pipe installations for new constructions, or replacement of existing pipe systems.

The pipe system is built up of pre-fabricated “spools”, which are subsequently mounted on board.

Joints between “spools” are insulated and finished with LOGSTOR double-sealed crimping system, which consists of sleeves for insulating straight joints as well as bends, T-pieces and reductions.

Our Off-shore applications are 100% waterproof and designed to record the movements on board platforms, which is why our pre-insulated system is the finest in pipe systems for the temperature ranges – 210 ° to + 250 °. In addition to the above, we carry out repairs on pipe systems, where we weld the plastic casing in the event of cracks, and restore the insulation by means of foaming.

Cold-Repair-Kit

DMOIS has developed a program that allows repairs to the pipe systems when the platform is active, a so-called “Cold-Repair-Kit”, which after short training enables the crew to make emergency repairs to pipe systems during the work.

Furthermore, we store data on the emergency repairs so that the person in charge has a good starting point for final repair at docking.

In addition, we have a negotiation of UV-repellent coating that dampens the heat impact from the sun by up to 45%, which can be used to advantage on, for example, platforms operating under warmer skies, both as energy savings in connection with cooling, but definitely also for protection of heat-sensitive electronics .
